Raisins
Peanut Butter


Cut celery into 3-inch sticks. Spread hollow side of the celery with peanut butter. Press raisins into the peanut butter.

A wonderful basic daiquiri made from rum, limeade and ginger ale. One of my favorite cocktails. Highly recommended daiquiri recipe -you'll want more.

Basic Limeade Daiquiri

10 oz. (four shots) rum
10 oz (one can) frozen limeade concentrate
12 oz (1 can) ginger ale
Ice cubes



Blend the limeade concentrate, ginger ale, and rum.

Add ice cubes and blend to desired consistency.

Note: When the container for the frozen limeade concentrate is empty, it can be used to measure the rum.

This is a simple strawberry daiquiri that you are guaranteed to love.

Strawberry Daiquiri

10 oz. (5 shots) white rum
one 10 oz. can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 12 oz. can 7-up (or ginger ale)
1 pint strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Ice cubes


Blend lemonade, ginger ale, strawberries, and rum. Add ice cubes and blend to desired consistency.

Note: Once the lemonade box is empty, it can be filled with rum to measure the correct amount.

This is one basic variation on the famous cocktail, Long Island Iced Tea.

Famous Long Island Iced Tea

1 oz (half-shot) vodka
1 oz (half-shot) tequila
1 oz (half-shot) rum
1 oz (half-shot) gin
1 oz (half-shot) triple sec
2 oz (shot) sour mix
2 oz (shot) Cola
Lemon wedge (garnish, optional)


Mix ingredients together and serve over ice. Optionally garnish with a lemon wedge.
