Abby's Cheesecake
Crust: 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 pound bugger or margarine
Filling: 1 cup granulated sugar 3 8 ounce packages cream cheese (24 ounces total) 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 eggs
Crust: Melt butter and add crumbs and sugar. Line bottom of spring form pan, packing firmly.
Filling: Pour ingredients into spring form pan. Bake at 350 F approximately 50 minutes. Do not turn the oven off. Remove the cheesecake and top with 1 pint sour cream. Bake 5 minutes. Let the cake cool. Top with 1 can prepared pie filling or topping (blueberry, cherry, or strawberry).
Chill overnight.
