My first Apple Clafoutis recipe which I got the recipe from my friend's mom was pretty good. I thought I try the second one. I called it Apple Clafoutis #2. Try it and please let me know what you think.

3 granny apples (peeled and thinly slices) 2-3 tbsp butter 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk 3 eggs 1/4 cup sugar 2/3 cup all purpose flour 1 tbsp of sugar for sprinkle on top (optional)
Preheat the oven 350F. In a pot add butter and slices apples and cook over medium high heat until the apples soft. In a blender mixer, put flour, sugar, vanilla, eggs, milk and heavy whipping cream and blend well. Pour the mixer in a baking dish then put cooked apples on top and sprinkle the top with sugar. Cook in the oven until it is done, around 45 to 60 min. Bon Appétit!
