Apple Pancake
1 medium apple, sliced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
ground cloves or cinnamon (optional)
Preheat the oven 400 degrees. Put lemon juice over the apple slices and add brown sugar. Combine the flour, milk and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix together. Put butter into baking dish and heat in the oven until the butter melt. Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour in the batter. Bake for 25 mins. or until it puffy. Sprink ground cloves or cinnamon (optional) and serve with warmed maple syrup.
