Apple Pie
4 Granny Smith Apples
1 cup of brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup of butter
Preheat the over to 400 degrees. Peeled apple and slice, soak in water. Add lemon juice to prevent browning. In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add the apples to the mixture. Mix well! Place apples in pie crust and dot butter over the apples. Bake for 50 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
