Basic Crepes

3 eggs 1 1/4 cups milk 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tbsp butter, melted a pinch of salt Some melted butter for coating the bottom of the pan
Put eggs, milk, butter and flour in a blendder. Blend until smooth add a pinch of salt and blend. Let the batter stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brush the pan with some melted butter and pour in about 1/4 cup for each crepe. Flip the crepe and cook. Trasfer the crepe to a plate. Repeat the process until you finish the batter. Serve with jam, powder sugar, cheese, eggs, etc.
