Biscuits or Scones
My mom told me this scones’ recipe. I remember when I was in Australia; she always made this for lunch. We always had it with jam and whipping cream and a nice cup of tea.

Biscuits or Scones
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour 1/4 cup sugar or honey (I used honey) 1 1/2 cups milk A pinch of salt Milk (little)
Preheat the oven 425F . In a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients and mix well but do not over mix. Grease your baking sheet and place the dough on the baking sheet. You can scoop the dough in to any sizes you want with a spoon or make dough into individual balls and place them on the baking sheet. Brush with milk before bake it. Bake for 15-20 min or until it is done and top is lightly golden. Serve warm with jam, butter, whipping cream or any butter. It is also good with any soup for lunch or dinner.
