Blueberry Pound Cake
2 sticks butter, softened 1 1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs 2 cups white whole wheat flour 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup blueberries
Put butter and sugar in an electric mixer bowl. Mix together until it’s fluffy then add eggs, mix well. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk, vanilla extract and butter mixture in the dry mixture, mix well by hand then add blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees until it’s done, approximately 60 min.
