Ingredients and Recipe Instructions


Buddig Pinwheels

1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon horseradish
dash Worcestershire
1 4 oz package smoked beef or ham

Mix cream cheese, grated onion, horseradish, and Worcestershire. Lay out 5 ham slices, slightly overlapping, on an 18 inch piece of foil. Lay out 2 more rows to form a rectangle. Spread with cheese mixture.

Roll up like a jelly roll using foil to bring meat up. Chill. Slice into 1 inch slices just before serving.
