Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
Buttery Lemon Pepper Catfish

500 g catfish fillets
4 Tbsp. butter
Lemon pepper

Sprinkle the catfish fillets with lemon pepper and sit aside for 5-10 minutes. In a skillet melt the butter over medium heat. Add the fish and cook through. Serve.
