Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
Cassem Coffee Cake

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Egg
Milk
Butter

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 pound melted butter
1 package coconut
Cream

Break egg in measuring cup. Fill cup with milk. Add to dry ingredients. Add 5 tablespoons melted butter.

(Baking instructions are not given. Try 350F until a toothpick comes out clean.)

Mix sugar, butter, coconut. Thin with coffee cream. Smooth on baked cake and brown under boiler.
