Catfish with garlic and black pepper

Catfish
Garlic
Black pepper
Salt
Vegetable oil

Blend garlic, black pepper and salt together. Marinate the fish with the mixture and let it sit for 15 to 20 min. Heat the oil in a flying pan and put fish. Cook until it is done. Serve with rice.
