Nacho Bake Casserole
1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes (undrained) 1 package Taco Seasoning mix 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream 1 package (9 oz) Tortilla Chips 1 Package (8 oz) Shredded Colby Jack cheese Chopped tomato (optional) Green onion (optional)
1. Brown the meat and drain. Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, and seasoning mix. Cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup of the sour cream.
2. Place half of the chips in a baking dish. Cover with half the meat mixture and half the cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Top with the remaining sour cream.
