Chicken Casserole
2 10 ounce packages frozen broccoli (may be chopped) 4 cooked chicken breasts, cut up 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup 1 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup Peppridge dressing 1 tablespoon melted butter
Cook broccoli and arrange in 11 by 17 inch dish. Layer chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry. Top next with parmesan cheese. Mix melted butter with dressing and sprinkle on top.
