Chicken Green Curry

1 cup chicken (pork, beef, or seafood) 1 cup green bean 2 cups coconut milk 1/4 cup red bell pepper 1/2 cup sweet basil leaves 2-3 leaves lime leave 2-3 tbsp Thai green curry paste 2-3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sugar
Place a pan over medium high heat, and add 1/4 cup of the coconut milk, add the green curry paste, and stir it until the oil begins to separate out. Add chicken, stir-fry. Add the remaining coconut milk and the green bean and red bell pepper. Let it cook for a while then add sugar, soy sauce, sweet basil leaves and lime leaves. Remove from the heat. Serve with rice or noodle.
