Chicken Satay "Kai Satay"
1 1/2 lb of chicken 1-2 tbsp garlic 1/2 tbsp pepper 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 tbsp curry powder (can be less or more) 1 tbsp soy sauce
Slice the chicken into thin strips. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl then add the chicken slices and let it marinade for several hours. Thread the meat into skewers and grill on a BBQ grill turning the skewers regularly. Serve with peanut sauce and Thai cucumber sauce.
