Ingredients and Recipe Instructions


Cinnamon Coffee Cake

2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Egg
Milk
5 tablespoons butter

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 level tablespoons flour
1/2 cup nuts

Mix dry ingredients.Break egg in measuring cup. Fill rest of cup with milk. Add to dry ingredients. Add 4 tablespoons melted butter.

Mix topping ingredients.

Put half of cake batter in pan. Spread with half of topping. Put rest of cake batter and spread with rest of topping. Bake.
