Ingredients and Recipe Instructions


Creamy Avocado Salad Dressing

1 ripe avocado
4 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
4 Tbsp. water
1/8 tbs. garlic powder
1/8 tbs. fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)


Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend in well. Serve immediately.
