My son loves to eat this, Crepes, for every meals. This is a quick and easy recipe.

Crepes
1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter
Use anything you want for inside. I made it with fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh slices tomatoes, basil leaves and paper. I also made with fresh slices peach and maple syrup.
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Heat a nonstick pan over medium high heat and lightly oiled the pan with butter. Scoop the mixture (1/3 cup) onto the pan for each crepe. The batter coats should be thin and the surface should evenly out. Cook each side. It should not take too long. Serve.
