Deep-Fry Vegetable Wonton (geow)

30 Wonton wrappers
1/2 cup Tofu (little cubes)
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup cabbage (thinly slices)
1/4 cup carrot (thinly slices)
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cup vegetable oil for frying
Filling: put tofu in a bowl then add sugar, soy sauce, salt and flour. Mix well. Stir-fry all vegetable until it’s soft. Add tofu mix and stir-fry until it’s done. Put it in a bowl and let it cool down.
Filling the wonton: place one teaspoon of the filling in the center of wonton wrapper. Fold the wonton wrapper and seal the edges well.
Deep-Fry: put two cup vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry wonton until it is done. Serve with Thai cucumber sauce or other sauce that you like.
