Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
English Toffee

Unsalted crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
Chocolate chips
Walnuts


Place foil in 9 x 15 inch jelly roll pan with 1 inch hanging over edges, folding edges to prevent dripping. Lay crackers side by side in pan. Cook 6 minutes stirring constantly. Spread mixture evenly over crackers. Place in 400F oven for 6 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate chips, spread until all are melted. Sprinkle walnuts on top and place in freezer. Remove and break into pieces. I tried to cut them with a knife where the crackers come together.
