Fired Rice with Shrimp Paste (Khao Kluk Kapi)
Cooked rice, shrimp paste, sugar and fish sauce.
Small pieces of Pork shallot, sugar, fish sauce, and dark soy sauce
Garnish: shallots, thin slices of omlette, grated green mango, chopped french beans, cucumber and lime wedges.
Like spicy: add chopped green and red chilis.
Cook rice: mixed rice with shirmp paste, sugar and fish sauce.
Cook Sweet pork: fry the pork in a frying pan with shallots and season with sugar, dark sauce and fish sauce.
