Fried Rice with Crab Meat

1 cup cooked rice 1 egg 1/3 cup cooked crab meat 2 tbsp chopped onion 2 cloves garlic (chopped) 1/3 cup sliced tomato 2-3 tbsp light soy sauce 2-3 tbsp oil Spring onion, cilantro leaves, a slice of lime, and slices of cucumber for garnishing
Place a pan over medium high heat add oil then onion and garlic. Stir then add tomato. Stir-fry, add egg then rice and soy sauce. Taste! Remove from the heat. Garnish with spring onion, cilantro leave, a slice of lime and cucumber.
