Fruit Salsa
2 cups pineapple diced ¾ cup chopped mix fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.) ¼ cup chopped green onion ¼ cup diced red-bell pepper 2 tbsp chopped cilantro 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp salt
Put all the ingredients mix well and chill. Serve this dish on grilled fish (Salmon) or chicken.
