Fry Tofu with Sweet Sauce
Tofu (firm) Vegetable Oil (for frying)
Sweet Sauce
½ cup sugar ½ cup vinegar 3 tbsp peanut (finely chopped) 2-3 Thai chilies (finely chopped) 1 tsp salt
Cut Tofu as your desire, any shape. Heat the oil in a deep fry pan over medium high heat. Fry tofu until it is cooked. Remove from the heat and rest it on a plate.
For sweet sauce, put sugar, vinegar and salt in a pot and heat over low heat. Mix well then add peanut and chilies. Serve with tofu.
