Gazpacho De Brazio
6 large ripe tomatoes, peeled 6 large cucumbers, peeled 1/2 cup diced green pepper 1/2 cup diced onion 2 cups tomato juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 cloves minced garlic 1 avocado peeled and sliced Tabasco Salt and pepper Garlic croutons
Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into 1/4 inch cubes. Stir in green pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir in tomato juice, lemon juice, pepper sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Chill several hours. Serve cold, in chilled bowls, garnished with avocado slices and croutons.
