Irish Coffee
1 double shot (60ml) hot espresso coffee
2 tbsp whisky
1 cup boiling water
Whipped cream, to serve
Put coffee into a coffee cup. Add whisky and boiling water. Mix well! Spoon cream over coffee mixture and serve.
