Lamb Chop Casserole
2 tbs flour
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs tomato sauce
1 tbs Worcester sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard (or to taste)
1 tsp curry powder (or to taste)
1 cup stock
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and pour over chops. Cook in a modirate slow oven 170C for approx. 2 hours.
