Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
Lemon Pudding Cake

1 box Betty Crocker Lemon Velvet Cake Mix
1 package instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cups oil
3/4 cups water

Glaze:
1 pound powdered sugar
2 tablespoons salad oil
1/2 cup orange juice

Beat cake ingredients on medium speed. Bake 40 minutes at 350F. Punch holes through cake while hot.

Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cake while hot.
