Mad Max Nachos
8 oz. Italian sausage. 10 oz. package corn chips 16 oz. can refried beans 1 cup Rosarita picante sauce 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Jalapeno slices Guacamole Sour cream
Remove casing from sausage. Cook sausage until brown and crumbly. Keep warm. Place chips on cooking sheet. Top with sausage. Combine refried beans, picante sauce in a saucepan. Heat until warm, stirring occasionally. Spoon the bean mixture over the chips. Top with sausage, tomatoes, cheese, and jalapeno slices. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Top with guacamole and sour cream.
