Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
Maple Syrup BBQ Pork

Pork
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 450F. Mix the maple syrup, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Put the pork in an oven pan with the maple syrup mix in and bake for 15 minutes in the oven. Take the pork out from the oven and barbecue it until it done. While the pork is on the barbecue, occasionally glaze with the maple syrup mix.

I also like to grill some sliced cantaloupe for a side dish.

In Thailand, this dish would serve with rice.
