Masaman Curry Chicken
5-7 drumsticks or any kinds of chicken 2-3 medium size potatoes 1 cup toasted peanut 3 cups coconut milk 1-2 tbsp Masaman curry paste 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp soy sauce 5 tbsp tamarind juice
Place a pot over medium high heat, add oil and curry paste. Stir it until the oil begins to separate out then add coconut milk. Add chicken and potatoes and let it cook for a while then add sugar, soy sauce, tamarind juice and toasted peanut. Remove from the heat. Serve with rice.
