Mum's Sausage Rolls
1 pkg. frozen puff pastry 1 (1 lb.)pack sausage meat or fresh meat 1/2 cup onion--minced Salt Pepper Flour for rolling Milk or egg for glazing
Mix sausage meat, onion and a little bit of salt and pepper together.
Pastry comes in a rectangular shape. Roll out, make it thinner.
Take sausage meat with floured hands, put along the pastry and roll it up. just around once then put a little bit of milk on the edge and it will stick. Brush the roll with milk and prick with a fork along and cut into whatever length you want.
Cook at 350 degrees until golden and puffed. Eat hot or cold.
