Mussel with Thai red Curry and French bean
1 cup mussel 1-2 tbsp Thai red curry paste (find in Asian grocery) 1 cup French bean 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp soy sauce A pinch of sugar
Place a pan over medium high heat add oil and red curry paste. Stir it until the oil begins to separate out. Add mussel and bean, stir-fry. Let it cook for a while then add soy sauce, sugar. Remove from the heat. Serve with rice.
