Nicholas' Banana Cake
This banana cake recipe came from my son. He is five, and he loves to cook. This morning he got up and wanted to make this cake. It was very good. My husband and I really enjoyed it.

Nicholas' Banana Cake
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chip (optional)
Put eggs, butter and sugar in an electric mixer bowl. Blend together until it’s fluffy. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add milk, vanilla extract and the dry mixture in the electric mixer bowl and blend all the ingredients well. Add banana and blend again well. Add the chocolate chip and mix. Put in a cake baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees until it’s done, approximately 35-40 min.
