Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 2/3 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg

Beat butter and sugars together until smooth. Mix in peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl and add to mixture. Roll tablespoon-size balls in white sugar to coat. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
