Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
Potato Chips

3 1/2 lb red potatoes -
6 tb butter
salt
ground pepper

Cut potatoes into 1/8 inch thick slices. Arrange on baking sheet. Cover with melted butter, salt, and pepper, and bake at 500F for 15-20 minutes.
