Pumpkin Cake

Pumpkin Cake
3 cups wheat flour or any flour as disire 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp allspice 1/8 tsp nutmeg 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup butter 2 tsp vanilla 4 cups or 2 cans pumpkin meat 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Put the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix well. Melt butter and put in another mixing bowl add sugar, eggs, and vanilla and mix well. Add little by little of the dry mixture to the wet and stir until all ingredients mix well together. Put in the pumpkin meat and chocolate chip. Mix well. Put the mixture to a round baking bowl and bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out almost clean.
Note: This cake is not too sweet if you like more sweet you may add cream cheese frosting on the top after the cake cool down. Please see the German Apple Cake Icing recipe for cream cheese frosting.
