Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
Rad Na Mai Me Sen


1 cup pork, beef, seafood (as desire)
2 cup broccoli
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2-3 tbsp oil
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp vinegar (as desire)
1 cup water
1-2 tbsp corn flour


Wash broccoli and slice. Slice the meat into small pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium high heat then add garlic then add meat. Fry for a few minutes then add all vegetables. Mix corn flour with water and pour water in to the pan. Let it cook until it is done. Put it on a plate or a bowl then add soy sauce and vinegar. Taste and Serve.
