Ravioli with spinach cream sauce
1 package of Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli (any Ravioli or any pasta will do too) 1 bunch spinach 1 tbsp butter 1 pint heavy whipping cream 1-2 cloves of garlic (minced) Salt and pepper Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Cook your Ravioli or pasta then set aside. Wash the spinach then steam the spinach for 4-5 minutes. Chop the spinach finely. In a saucepan, put butter over medium heat then add garlic, cream and chopped spinach. Stir and let the cream come to a boil then add salt and pepper. Taste! Remove and serve over ravioli or pasta top with cheese. Enjoy!
