Ingredients and Recipe Instructions
Seven Minute Frosting

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix ingredients except vanilla in double boiler over boiling water. Beat over low heat until frosting stands in peaks. Remove from heat and beat till thick enough to spread. Mix in vanilla.
