Six Week Muffins
This muffin recipe is from Gretchen Imig's recipe file. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks pretty easy. The muffins keep 6 weeks. If you try it, leave me a comment and let me know. :)

Six Week Muffins
1 box raisin bran (15 oz.) 1 cup shortening 3 cups sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 quart buttermilk 5 cups flour 5 teaspoons soda 2 teaspoons salt
Mix bran, sugar, flour, salt, and soda. Add eggs, shortening, and buttermilk. Bake in muffin pan at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
