Spicy Beef Salad
1 1/2 cups grilled beef (thinly slices) 1/2 peppermint leaves (more or less) 1/4 cup scallion or red onion 1/2 tbsp ground Thai chile (more or less) 2 tbsp roasted rice powder 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp lime juice 1/2 tsp sugar
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well. Taste! Serve with sticky rice and it is good with Thai papaya salad.
