Spicy Tofu with Basil
2 cups Tofu (fry Tofu or fresh Tofu) 5-7 Thai chili (as desire) 3 cloves garlic ½ cup Thai basil 1 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sweet black soy sauce 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Cut Tofu as your desire, any shape. Combine Thai chili and garlic in a food processor. The mixture should be thoroughly combined. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat then add the chili mixture, stir. Add Tofu. Stir-fry, add sugar, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and Thai basil. Taste and Serve.
