Sweet and Sour Pork
2 cup pork, chicken or seafood (sliced)
1 cup pineapple
2 tomatoes
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup carrot
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup Vegetable soup base or water
3 tbsp oil
2-3 cloves garlic
Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat then add garlic and pork. Stir-fry for a while then add pineapple, tomatoes, red bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry then add vegetable soup, sugar, salt, soy sauce and ketchup then bring to a boil. Mix flour in water and add it in to the pan. Stir-fry until done. Remove from the heat and serve.
