Ingredients and Recipe Instructions


Thai Cucumber Sauce

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 small cucumber
1-2 shallots

Place a pan over medium heat and add vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir until it all melted. Remove from the heat and put the sauce in a bowl. Wait until the sauce cool down then put cucumber and shallots in. Taste and Serve with Satay or whatever desire.

Sounds like it would go with many recipes. I would love it with some tofu and field greens. Very nice :)
