Thai Street BBQ Pork (Moo Bping)
2 lbs. Pork (thinly slices) 1/3 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup garlic (crashed) 1/3 cup sweetened condenses milk Bamboo skewer sticks
Put everything, pork, soy sauce, Tomato sauce, garlic and milk in a mixing bowl. Let it sit for about 1 hour. Thread marinated pork on bamboo skewer. Arrange on a broiler pan and broil 5 to 8-inches from the heat. Broil for about 2 minutes; turn until it is done. Serve with sticky rice
