Ingredients and Recipe Instructions


Tofu Taco

1 (14oz) tofu (clumped)
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 tbsp oil
1/3 cup onion
1/3 cup fresh tomatoes
1/3 cup fresh cilantro (shopped)
1/2 tsp salt
Jack cheese

Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat then add onion, tomatoes and tofu. Stir-fry then add Taco seasoning, salt and cilantro. Stir-fry it well. Remove from the heat. Garnish with cheese and serve.
