Angel Hair with Herbs
6 ounces fresh angel hair pasta
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons chicken broth
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1 cup chopped basil
1/2 cup snipped chives
Prepare pasta and drain. Whisk vinegar, mustard, chicken broth, and oil together. Salt and pepper to taste. Add basil and chives and mix well. Add drained pasta and toss.
Serves 2.
