I live in Seattle. We have plenty of rain all year round. This tea is good on a cold wet day. It is a good remedy for a cold.

Yoga Tea
1 quart water 2 inches of fresh ginger Honey Lemon
Boil water in a pot. Peel ginger and slice it. While water boils, add ginger to the pot. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10-40 minutes, depending on taste. Strain and add honey and lemon juice.
